Use your pumice stone after soaking dry, callused skin in warm, soapy water for 5 to 10 minutes or at the end of a warm bath or shower. Wet your stone with warm water then rub the blue side over your rough skin in a circular motion with light pressure for two to three minutes. Rinse your skin and your pumice stone, then repeat with the white side until you've removed the dead skin and revealed softer skin underneath. Use 3 or more times per week to maintain soft, supple skin.
