Plantar Fasciitis Strips

Foot should be clean and dry. Measure fit before removing backing by placing the "t" behind the heel and laying the strip along the bottom of the foot. Trim where the strip reaches the middle of the ball of foot. In a sitting position, place foot perpendicular to the floor. Start removing the backing from the strip and place the adhesive part on the middle of the ball of foot, slowly pressing the strip on the bottom of the foot while removing the backing. Bring up to the back of the heel, remove the backing from the "t" and press. Smooth the entire strip from the ankle to the ball of the foot.
